Operating in Brazil since 2010, OLX gained notoriety by offering online classifieds and encouraging people to let go of items they no longer use.

Now, OLX comes with a super newness: card launch and the offer of product collection points.

In 2020, the OLX group underwent strategic changes, being divided into two areas: Purchasing platform focused on transactions between consumers and ZAP+, a platform focused on negotiation between companies.

To improve commercial transactions, OLX is launching the OLX Pay card, a product of the eponymous digital wallet, launched in 2020.

The card is prepaid and will be branded by Mastercard. In addition to purchases, the user will be able to move the balance accumulated in their digital wallet, make withdrawals and payments.

According to Regina Botter, general manager of the company, the card will emerge as an alternative for people who do not have a credit card or a current account.

In addition to the card, the platform will bring the Drop Off concept, which are collection points, where sellers will leave the goods to be picked up by buyers.

In 2021, transactions reached an expressive 21 million items sold among 14 million users, bringing an estimated revenue of R$220 billion reais.

With the inclusion of these novelties, the estimate is that 2022 will present higher numbers, including in revenue.
